THE ROLE 

As the Clinic Manager at Laser Clinics Queen Street, you will play a pivotal role in leading, coaching, and driving the performance of your team and clinic business. You will be responsible for ensuring exceptional service delivery, meeting financial targets, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

 
ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead and perform skin, laser, and Skinstitut treatments
• Meet financial targets for sales, conversion, product attachment, and labour productivity
• Assess and address performance gaps in each treatment category
• Coach team members to achieve and exceed KPIs
• Manage staffing requirements to ensure optimal coverage and productivity
• Uphold our Customer Value Proposition
• Foster a culture of feedback and performance improvement
• Oversee marketing promotions and campaign execution
• Manage financial aspects including payroll, time, attendance, and invoices
• Drive operational excellence and retail disciplines

ABOUT YOU

The ideal candidate will have:

• Formal Beauty Qualification (minimum Level 4, ideally Graduate Diploma.)
• Experience in Advanced Aesthetics, Laser, or equivalent
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Advanced Beauty
• Previous experience in team leadership preferred
• Proven ability to motivate staff to achieve KPI targets
• Strong communication skills and a positive team culture driver
• Ability to thrive in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
• High computer literacy
